The game itself asks you for nothing and keeps your progress on your phone. It shows an ad through Google AdMob only when you choose to watch one for a bonus, and AdMob collects some data from your device to show and measure that ad. Buying Remove ads doubles the embers a run earns without an ad to watch.
This game uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to show a rewarded ad when you choose to watch one at the end of a run. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob collects and shares data from your device, which may include your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers, your approximate location worked out from your IP address, how you interact with the ads and the app, and diagnostic information such as crash and performance data. This data is encrypted in transit. How Google uses it is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads and in Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Where the law asks for it (the EEA and the UK, among others), the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before any ad is requested, and the Privacy options row under Settings on the title screen lets you change that choice at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Android settings.
Remove ads is a one-time purchase made through Google Play. Google Play handles the payment, and the game never sees your card or account details. It learns only whether you own Remove ads, so it can double your embers without an ad, and Restore purchases asks Google Play for that again on a new phone.
Nothing. It does not ask for a name, an email address, an account, or any other personal information. It has no login, no leaderboard and no chat, and it contains no analytics, crash reporting or attribution service of its own.
Your progress (your embers, your ledger, your settings, the run in progress and whether you bought Remove ads) is saved in the game's own private storage. It never leaves the device, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.
The game does not use the camera, the microphone, contacts, precise location or files.
The game is made for a general audience aged 13 and over and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads use Google AdMob's standard content settings, with alcohol and gambling ads blocked.
If a future version changes what is collected or shared, this policy will be updated before that version is published, and the change will be described in the in-game patch notes.
